The Global Institute develops Local Community Change Agents (individuals who work with us to make a difference in their communities) and Global Impact Partners (Individuals, Organizations and Government entities who collaborate for greater impact) across service areas to work in collaboration to achieve improved individual and families quality of life, well-planned and transformational community and sustainable economic development through job creation, microfinance, entrepreneurship development (especially technologically-driven innovative manufacturing and value-added food processing), global trade, education/training and professional planning and development services.
We accomplish this mission by adopting the unique integration principles approach of total collaboration. First, we seek to unite Diaspora and Continental Africans into the Global Africans team. Then we engage individuals, global institutions/organizations/civic society in partnership for planning and developing transformative sustainable communities through three core areas of programs and services. These are: Quality Education and Training, Entrepreneurship Development with Financial Services, Global Trade and Social Enterprise, and Professional Services. There are short-term certificate courses as well as potential Associate Degree/Diplomas and credit transfer programs. Thus:
We provide professional services in all areas of need that will positively impact the lives of Global Africans irrespective of their locations and insist on an improved quality of life to all our stakeholders including our clients, staff, volunteers, and supporters.
